Is my deposit refundable?
When will it ship?
The S1 is planned to ship after UKCA marking as a Class I medical device, currently targeted for early 2027. We will share progress updates with pre-order customers.
Does it need a subscription?
The planned connected experience uses a subscription for cloud storage, processing and alerts. A USB data-only mode is also planned so device data can be accessed without a subscription.
Subscription options and ongoing service pricing will be confirmed before orders are finalised.
When do I pay the remaining balance?
The remaining balance is paid before dispatch, after the product passes certification.
