This policy explains what personal information Sensore Ltd collects through sensore.health, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it. Sensore Ltd is the controller of this information. Company number 12624771. Registered office: Arise Innovation Centre, Chelmsford, Essex, CM1 1QT. Contact for anything in this policy: info@sensore.health.
1. What we collect, and why
Enquiries and forms. When you contact us, book a demo, register interest, make a partner enquiry, or use the form on our solutions page, we collect what you enter: typically your name, email address, and where the form asks for it, your organisation, role, phone number and a free-text message. We use this to reply to you and to administer the enquiry. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or steps taken at your request before a contract.
Please do not include health details in free-text boxes. We only need enough to route your enquiry. If you do include information about your health or someone else's, we treat it with additional care, use it only to handle your enquiry, and delete it when the enquiry is closed.
Pre-orders. When you place a pre-order we collect your name, email address, phone number and shipping address, and our payment provider collects your payment details. We use this to take your deposit, manage your order and contact you about it. Lawful basis: performance of a contract. Card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store them.
Analytics. With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. Analytics does not run and sets no cookies unless you choose "Accept cookies" on the banner. You can withdraw consent at any time via the cookie banner or your browser settings. Lawful basis: consent.
2. Who processes it for us
We use a small number of service providers, each acting under contract as our processor: Framer B.V. (Netherlands) hosts this website and stores form submissions; Stripe Payments Europe processes payments; Cloudflare Inc. runs the service that creates your checkout session; HubSpot Inc. is our customer relationship system, where order and enquiry records are kept; and Google LLC provides analytics, only where you have consented. Some of these providers are based in, or transfer data to, the United States. Where that happens, transfers rely on the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, as applicable to each provider.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.
3. How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as needed to fulfil your order and to meet legal obligations, including tax record-keeping. Enquiry records are kept while the enquiry is live and for a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted. Analytics data is retained on Google's standard retention settings. We do not keep personal information longer than we need it for these purposes.
4. Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, delete it, or restrict how we use it, object to processing based on legitimate interests, ask for your data in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time where consent is the basis. Email info@sensore.health and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
5. Cookies
Cookies and similar technologies are covered in our separate Cookie Policy, which lists exactly what this site sets and when.
6. Changes
If we change what we collect or who processes it, we will update this policy and the date above before the change takes effect.
