Sensore exists to serve people who live with mobility and sensory differences, so this website's accessibility is part of the product, not an afterthought. This statement covers sensore.health, operated by Sensore Ltd, and reflects the position after our September 2026 accessibility review.
1. Our standard
We work to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. We are not yet claiming full conformance: the known exceptions are listed below and we are closing them.
2. What the September 2026 review changed
Following an independent audit of every page we corrected keyboard focus visibility on all controls including form fields; gave the mobile navigation a proper button role and made its menu scrollable on small screens; raised low-contrast text and form borders to meet contrast minimums; added visible labels, correct input types and autocomplete to forms; marked the current page in the navigation for assistive technology; made collapsed accordion content leave the accessibility tree; corrected heading structure; enlarged small touch targets to 44 by 44 pixels; and made reduced-motion preferences genuinely stop the site's animations.
3. Known limitations
Some interactive elements built on our website platform expose their roles through scripted attributes rather than native HTML, which we keep under review. Navigation links are not yet marked up as lists. Text sizes are set in pixels, so browser default-font-size preferences have limited effect; page zoom and text spacing overrides work. Embedded third-party experiences, including the payment form and video player, are provided by their vendors and their accessibility is partly outside our control. A full assistive-technology pass with VoiceOver and NVDA is scheduled and this statement will be updated with its findings.
4. Tell us if something is hard to use
If any part of this site is difficult for you to use with your assistive technology, or you would like content in a different format, email info@sensore.health. We aim to respond within five working days, and reports like this genuinely change what we fix first.
5. Review
We review this statement as the site changes. The date above shows when it was last updated.
