We are pleased to share that Graphene Trace was awarded a £300,000 grant from Innovate UK to support the development of our next-generation pressure mapping technology. The funding marks a major milestone in our mission to tackle pressure ulcers through real-time, data-driven solutions tailored to the needs of patients and frontline care providers.

The Innovate UK grant enables us to accelerate the design and refinement of our Sensore platform, with a particular focus on prototype development, early-stage manufacturing, and in-depth user testing. Over the course of a 12-month project, this support allows us to work closely with clinicians, patients, and care professionals to ensure that every aspect of the technology is clinically relevant, easy to use, and capable of making a meaningful impact in real-world settings.

This funding lays the groundwork for regulatory planning and future clinical trials, strengthening our pathway toward market readiness. We’re incredibly grateful to Innovate UK for their support and recognition of the potential impact of our work on patient safety, care outcomes, and the broader healthcare system.

As we continue to develop and test our technology, we look forward to sharing further updates on our progress—and to working alongside our partners to bring the Sensore platform into clinical use.
