How can I purchase my Sensore?
Sensore is available to pre-order on this website. The pre-order is for a device that is not yet UKCA marked or currently on the market.
Will Sensore work with my wheelchair?
Sensore is intended to work with most wheelchair seats and cushions. If you have a specific setup, contact info@sensore.health so the team can discuss compatibility with you.

Is my personal data safe?
Sensore states that data is encrypted in transit and that personal information is not shared with third parties without explicit consent. See the Privacy Policy for full details.
Does the app require a subscription?
The planned connected experience uses a subscription for cloud storage, processing and alerts. A USB data-only mode is also planned so device data can be accessed without a subscription.
Does the Sensore mat come in different sizes?
The current plan is to launch one size designed to fit most standard chairs. Final specifications may change while the product remains in development.
Does Sensore work with my phone?
The Sensore app is planned for Apple and Android devices. Final compatibility will be confirmed before release.
Does Sensore work without Wi-Fi?
The planned device can be connected directly to a compatible tablet or web app for live data. Features that depend on internet access, including cloud-connected alerts, will not be available offline.
Does the Sensore mat have a maximum load?
