Does the app require a subscription?
No. Your Sensore device purchase is your ticket to automated pressure ulcer prevention. In the future, we may introduce optional premium features that could include a small monthly subscription, but your core experience will always be fully functional without it.
Does Sensore mat come in different sizes?
At launch, the Sensore mat will be available in two sizes: Regular, designed to fit most standard chairs, and Small, ideal for compact chairs and children’s seating.
Does Sensore work with my phone?
The Sensore App is available on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store for Android devices. If you have specific compatibility needs, feel free to reach out - we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Does Sensore work without WiFi?
Sensore mat continuously measures your pressure distribution with or without internet access - and will upload to the app when it regains a WiFi connection. Please note: without internet access, some Sensore App features such as Live View & Smart Alerts will not be available.
Does Sensore mat have a maximum load?
We are committed to making sure Sensore is accessible for everyone - our advanced calibration algorithms optimise Sensore for each individual. We do not put a weight limit on our satisfaction guarantee or product warranty - so give us a try!
