# Sensore

> Sensore makes smart-fabric pressure-monitoring devices for wheelchair users, care homes and domiciliary care. The Sensore S1 is a seat mat that maps pressure continuously and prompts repositioning. It is a Class I medical device under UK MDR 2002, currently pre-UKCA; marking is expected early 2027. Sensore is an aid to repositioning and is not a substitute for clinical judgement or regular skin checks.
